Finding a place to live is of course an important issue when moving to a new city.

Renting
Rental accommodation is a very common form of accommodation. You can either rent from a private landlord or a non-profit housing association.

You can search for rental accomodation at lejebolig.dk and boligportal.dk (in English).

Tips on renting
If you choose to rent, it is advisable to ask for a rental contract. For information on what a lease should cover and other renting tips, look here.

Buying
If you are interested in buying property, you can contact a real estate agent (Ejendomsmægler in Danish), who can provide guidance on how to do so.
You can find properties at boligsiden.dk and boliga.dk or bolighed.dk (all in Danish). Both websites display properties for sale and connect you with the respective real estate agent.
